Welcome to the Sea Glass Cottage! This kick-off-your-shoes-able retreat is nestled on the channel of Northern Indiana’s Lake Wawasee. Owner Helen Hoffman came to us with a property, a name, and a dream of creating an airy lakeside haven…and the rest is history!

A little paint paired with fresh decorations and the right layout can transform a home. Not to mention a photo-worthy mural to bring it all together. The cottage had good bones but it just needed a little love. We’re all about balling on a budget! When you get to the before pictures and you’ll notice we were able to reuse most of the furniture but it sure doesn’t look like the same place. I just love seeing such HIGH impact on LOW dollar!
