It was an absolute JOY to breathe new life into this hidden gem on serene Lake Maxinhall in Broad Ripple. We’re beyond excited to drop a full reveal soon, but in the meantime here are a few teasers from the transformation!
We aren’t kidding about the hidden gem thing. Driving by, you would never realize Maxinhall Lake exists! Located in Broad Ripple, just a short drive from the heart of Indianapolis this waterfront property is the perfect blend of city sophistication and lakeside relaxation. The outdated interior didn’t intimidate owners Jackson and Paige (love me some visionaries 🙌) ! LET’S TALK TRANSFORMATION
Oh how I cannot WAIT to get pictures back! This is one of those transformations that just makes you a little giddy. If I were being cheesy I’d say the place went from drab to fab. But seriously, this home just needed a little love to be ready for airbnb renters. For Real Though, The Mattresses
This project holds a special place in our hearts because it was done for our cousins, who are some of the most inspiring and passionate individuals we know. They are the absolute definition of “people people.” Their love for people truly radiates in everything they do, and being able to collaborate with them was an honor and a privilege. And of course we had to celebrate by giving the airbnb (& pontoon) a test run!
